ISO certs

Our quality department works to strives to meet or exceed all of our customer’s inspection needs. Our qualified inspectors utilize a variety of inspection equipment and gages to ensure all product meets the required specifications, tolerances, and regulatory requirements. This is accomplished in our temperature and humidity-controlled inspection lab.

Our inspection labs are equipped with optical comparators, MICRO-VU measuring system, Mitutoyo contour measuring instrument, 2 OPGs (Optical Gaging Products) which utilize optics, lasers, and touch-probes to perform an inspection. All of our measuring and testing equipment is calibrated and traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (N.I.S.T.). We are ISO 9001:2015 certified in the manufacture of precision metal stamping.

In addition, we offer a variety of additional inspection services to our customers, such as customized inspection reports, First Article Inspections, Gage R & R studies, Parts Submission Warrants, Material Qualifications, FMEA, Process Qualifications, as well as Process Capability Analysis.
