OGP Fusion

JV Monthly Spotlight

JV Manufacturing has added the OGP Fusion 400 multi-sensor measurement system to our quality toolkit. Combining video (optical), laser, and touch-probe sensors in a single platform, the Fusion 400 streamlines first-article and in-process inspections with CNC-programmable, unattended routines and a generous 400 × 300 × 250 mm measurement volume. The result is micron-level accuracy (down to ±1.5 µm, configuration-dependent) and consistent, repeatable verification of complex components.

In practice, the Fusion 400 has reduced inspection times up to 90% compared to our previous setup, enabling hundreds of parts per week to be checked with improved traceability and earlier issue detection – keeping your production moving forward.
