HOLDING TIGHT TOLERANCES

One of the functions but not limited to jig grinding is hole finishing. This allows us to keep in our tight tolerances, even human hair width tolerances with a polished finished look. These holes and tolerances are what produce the smooth working actions of the die. Ensures the tight precise fit and alignment of all die components. We make the pins to ensure our finish products are aligned and accurate from the first hit to the last hit.
