Heat Treating Across the Board
Vacuum heat treating is the process utilized at JV Manufacturing to alter the mechanical and chemical properties of tool steel used in our dies and spare parts.
Parts can be heated to 2250 degrees Fahrenheit and subsequently cooled to -100 degrees Fahrenheit in a highly controlled environment.
HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTION
Utilizing an oxygen-free vacuum furnace ensures both a contaminant and distortion-free finished product, that will withstand the demands that are required by our tooling as well as enable us to consistently produce a quality product to best serve our customer's needs.
